    How do I Register?

  • On the Home Page, please click the Register button to enter your organisation and payment details. Or you can simply click here to go to the Sign Up page.

    Our team will review your details to make sure we correctly set up your account. As soon as we have reviewed your details, you will receive an email with your log in details.

    Don't worry, your trial period is free and we will only take payments once your trial period has ended.

  • How can I change my password?

  • After logging with you current password, you can click Edit Profile link to open your profile page. Click on Change Password, enter your new password and press Update button to save it and it's all done.
  • What if I forget my password?

  • Please click on the Forgot Password link and type in the email address you use to Sign In and click Submit. You will receive an email with a new system generated password

    You can also request the Admin User in your organisation to change the password for you.

    We recommend that you do not share your password. If you have requested the Admin User to change the password for you, please change it to something that only you know as soon as possible by using the Edit Profile link as described above.

  • Do I have to create users and approvers separately?

  • No, each user can have different roles and Approver role can be enabled for any user.
  • What is the difference between a Functional and Financial approval?

  • Functional approvals are useful when you want to get approval from persons who do not have financial authority but still must approve. For example, the IT Manager may be a functional approver when buying a laptop to make sure it is the right type even if it is being bought for some other department.

    Financial approvals can be used to set limits on how much each person can approve. For example a Manager may only be allowed to approve items up to $500 and only a Director can approve items above that. In such cases, can be set up to get approval from the right person.

  • Can approvers have function or financial approval role or both?

  • Yes.
  • Can I create more than one administrator?

  • Yes, a user can be assigned administrator role to allow performing admin tasks.
  • Can admin user amend an existing document template?

  • A document template can be updated as long as it has not been used. Once it has been used to create a document, the template cannot be amended or deleted as it can cause problems for existing documents.
  • Can supporting document attachment be made mandatory for certain documents?

  • Yes, supporting document can be made mandatory for submission at the time of template definition.
  • Can approvers keep track of a document's activity that they have been assigned?

  • Yes, using the Settings Tab an approver can choose to subscribe to notifications for various activities e.g., workflow approvals, return to originator (for queries), workflow completion etc.
  • Can users make their documents confidential so that no one else other than the persons submitting approving can view it?

  • Yes, at the time of approval request creation user can click on the Confidential checkbox to mark the request as confidential.
  • Can document be financial budget enabled?

  • Yes, budgets can be created and linked to different document templates. Approvers with financial authority can approve budgeted documents based on their individual approval limits.
